Acceptance of Terms

By using TraceQube, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Permitted Use

TraceQube tools are provided for legitimate network diagnostic purposes. You may use the tools to diagnose your own infrastructure or infrastructure you have permission to test.

Prohibited Use

You may not use TraceQube to conduct unauthorized port scans, network reconnaissance, or any activity that violates applicable laws. You may not attempt to abuse the service, circumvent rate limits, or reverse engineer any part of the platform.

API Usage

API keys are personal and may not be shared. Rate limits are enforced per plan. Exceeding limits will result in requests being rejected until the next reset period.

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at any time.

Limitation of Liability

TraceQube is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service or reliance on diagnostic results.
